Three of the HEU-LMC personnel namely Cristine Joy P. David, Janice L Marquez and Roderick B. Ramos attended HRD-sponsored lecture today (Wednesday), December 12, from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Caritas Seminar Room with good lunch.


HR Director Dr. Noel C. Racho facilitated, informed, inspired, entertained, and persuaded as well first batch for the "Voice of the Customer: Putting the Customer at the Center of our Business” training. Next schedule is January 11, 2019.

Putting the customer at the heart and/or at the center of the LMC business permits the library-customer experience exceptional with customer delight (from appearance, disposition to readiness to serve) always in mind, and ultimately boosts high readership and library attendance along with some of the approaches for bridging services to both internal and external customers.
